In Venice, the Campanile of San Marco is under close monitoring after the alert for small fragments that apparently fell from the spire.
On Friday 26 April, the firefighters were busy with a visual inspection of the bell tower with a drone. The detailed photographic video footage will be used by the San Marco prosecutor’s office for any initiatives to be undertaken.

The documentation was able to provide some panoramic images of the overflight of the drones of the firefighters of the SAPR (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) unit of the Veneto regional unit.
From the preliminary examination the images did not reveal any worrying situations.
